Shaheen chose Aurora as her home in 2010, moving to the town immediately after getting married. For 15 years, she has watched our neighbourhoods evolve and understands the unique character that makes Aurora special.

She has a proven track record of civic involvement, having served on the Town of Aurora’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee and the Mayor’s Charity Golf Classic Fund.
